I'm at home, alone, pumping up the volume on my i-tunes. I have a playlist titled "dance music" and it has alot of boppy types of songs on it. (My "in the mood to clean" playlist has a bunch of the same types of songs.) Although I am in the kitchen doing things, I imagine being in a dance club again. Many of these early techno songs remind me of my dance club, and Pom Pon days. I really miss going dancing. I love the way that songs like "Pump up the Volume", or songs by Snap, Real McCoy, La Bouche, Eiffel 65, Crystal Waters, and New Order make me want to dance around. Sometimes I dance around with the boys and they think it's hilarious. I often tell Doug that I'm going to go to a dance club, but then "I don't think we're in Provo anymore Toto." It was fun in Provo, but even in Salt Lake Clubs you feel like to have to fend off the weirdos that try to pick up on you. Who knows what it would be like around here?! "Come on people! Can't we just be here and have fun dancing?!" Then again it would look funny for someone who is clearly not in her 20's anymore dancing around with a big pregnant tummy.
One of these days I'm going to put up the pictures of what I looked like pregnant with Matt, and Thomas, and then with this one. I swear that in 2 months I won't be able to do dishes anymore because I won't be able to reach the water. (wouldn't that be a shame?!) And I'm only half way done!
Doug, the boys, and Doug's brother went to the Air and Space Museum so I am here making preparations for Easter dinner tomorrow. Of course it doesn't take that long to make jello, and a cheesecake. I also made hard boiled eggs and when the boys get back we're going to dye Easter eggs. The boys haven't done this before so I hope it doesn't make a big mess. Last year after Easter I bought egg kits to decorate eggs like Star Wars stuff and also like trucks. We'll get some pictures up.
So, now I digress, but the song on my i-tunes playing at the moment is "Oh yeah" by Yello. You know, the song from "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" at the end when the principal is getting on the bus. (I love that movie) I remember when I went to the Chicago Institute of Art and saw the Seurat painting that Cameron (from the movie) was staring at and the camera zoomed in point by point.

It really is amazing that the painting is made with little dots.
Anyway, I should go. I want to start another book while I have some peace and quiet.

Oh my goodness! I love Ferris Bueller's Day Off!!! The ending with the principal on the bus is absolutely hilarious!! "Do you want some gummy bears? They're nice and warm because they've been in my pocket..." It's been awhile since I've seen that. I need to watch it again...
Congratulations Guys,
Aren't you so glad you aren't in the village anymore with those horrible countertops and cabinets? Sounds like life is good in VA!
Okay, that comment only makes sense if I add... Because it was tough enough to do things when you aren't big and pregnant... :)
