These eggs are supposed to be different ve-egg-icles (vehicles). The light reflected off the eggs so it's hard to tell that there is a police car, a firetruck, a bus, and a race car. Notice the little wheels that came with the kit so as to drive your egg. Thomas, of course, thought it was great and was pushing his eggs around the table making "vroom" sounds.
I LOVE these eggs. Yep, it's official. We really are Star Wars nerds. I love the little black helmet that fits over the Darth Vader egg.
Today the boys got out their eggs to "play" with. I have to keep telling them that we eat them, not play with them. I was out of the room for a few minutes and came into the dining room only to find the boys "racing "their eggs across the table. They were rolling them down the table and of course some fell off. Guess I'll be eating some of them soon. Then Thomas wanted to hide the Easter eggs. I had a momentary vision of him forgetting where an egg was and then the place smelling of rotten eggs. So I had them put the real eggs back in the fridge and now they are happily hiding the plastic eggs. (of course Thomas opened some of them and the jelly beans fell all over the floor. He was more than happy to "clean" it up. )

Those eggs are 'egg'-cellent! :P Yah, I'm punny. I love them! We didn't get to color eggs this year. All eggs here are brown, and they just don't color. :(
I love those eggs! I didn't even know that kits like those existed.
