l'hiver

Winter. So before coming here I was under the impression that it doesn't snow that much around here or stay below freezing that much. I was wrong. Although everywhere you go you hear people saying, "C'est pas normal" (it's not normal). or "I've never seen it snow this much here". It's not that bad, really. Because we're used to having more snow. However, I am also used to climbing in my car and driving to a store or school or church and not spending a lot of time outside in the cold. So, although there is much less bad weather, it feels almost worse because you're always out in it, walking somewhere.
