These cheesecakes are obviously layered. The Devil's food cheesecake has a layer of cake, frosting, cheesecake, frosting, more cake, and then topped off with more frosting. I want to try to create a Pumpkin Spice cake for a base and then layer it with cheesecake and cream cheese frosting for Thanksgiving. I'm intrigued with the Chocolate mousse cheesecake. It's almost like the Godiva Cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory (another cheesecake I'd like to replicate with layers of dense flourless cake, chocolate cheesecake, and then mousse)
So I'm on a mission now. I saw online that there is a cookbook for these cheesecakes. I checked at Borders, but no success. I'd like to check out the pictures before I order it online. (Pictures in cookbooks are very important to me.) I'm so excited to experiment with more cheesecake recipes. And just in time for the holidays.
Do I have you drooling yet?

Mmmmm! Your pictures look good enough to eat! :D
I had strawberry cheesecake yesterday. It was the Jello no bake kind. Kiri got me addicted to it.
